Ryerson Review of Journalism Winter 2012 wins First Place at the AEJMC Awards

I had an amazing experience as the editor of the Winter 2012 edition of the Ryerson Review of Journalism, and am excited to say that our issue of the magazine has won first place at the AEJMC
Awards for Single Issue of an Ongoing Print Magazine. Three members of our Masthead were honoured for their stories, as well: Kasia Mychajlowycz won first place in the Consumer Magazine Article: Investigation and Analysis category for her piece “Scary Monsters,” Marta Iwanek received second place in the Consumer Magazine Article: Feature section for her piece “Northern Revival,” and Samantha Anderson received an honourable mention in the Consumer Magazine Article: People section for her piece “Northern Tenacity.” Check out our award-winning issue here!
